Moving the heart of Jesus

There is always a protocol to receive a miracle.  What is it in you that is attracting God to do something for you?  There has to be a protocol inside of you that is reaching out to hold on to the hand of God, to cling to Him like nobody else.  Why should His grace leave everybody else and flow to you?
